Hogoken Cafe provides a space for rescue dogs to meet potential new adopters, and dog lovers to come and hang out with dogs in a casual setting. At last count the cafe, which opened in March 2016, housed seven dogs and two cats. There's no cover charge and you can stay as long as you like - just order a coffee or other drink from the menu when you arrive.
