Home of the Yomiuri Giants, Tokyo Dome was built in 1988 as Japan's first domed stadium. It seats 55,000 people, and is the anchor for Tokyo Dome City, which includes the Baseball Hall of Fame and Museum, the Baseball Cafe, an amusement park called Tokyo Dome Attractions (formerly Korakuen), and numerous entertainment facilities.

In addition to baseball games, the dome also hosts concerts, exhibitions and other events.
