AKA the "Giant Sky Wheel," this 115-meter-high ferris wheel in located in the Palette Town shopping complex in Aomi, in the middle of Tokyo Bay. During the sixteen-minute ride it offers great views looking out over central Tokyo, Boso Peninsula and sometimes Mount Fuji, depending on weather conditions. At night the wheel is lit by 120,000 neon tubes programmed to put on a colorful light show.
