Once the home of a famous geisha, this traditional residential building now houses a pottery gallery and two different cafe-bar areas, one of them with outdoor terrace seating overlooking the Sumida River. The gallery is mostly open on weekends and a few weekdays, while the cafe and bar are only open on an irregular basis, so you may want to check the website or call ahead.
